THERE ARE FOUR THINGS INVOLVED:

 

     1)    ALL OF US HAVE SINNED

            Romans 3:10 – “There is none righteous, no not one.”

            Romans 3:23 – “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”

 

     2)    GOD HAS PLACED A PRICE ON SIN

            Romans 6:23a – “For the wages of sin is death, but . . .”

 

     3)    JESUS DIED TO PAY FOR YOUR SINS

            Romans 5:8 – “But God commandeth his love toward us, in that while we were

            yet sinners Christ died for us.”

            Romans 6:23b – “but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our

            Lord.”

 

     4)    JESUS INVITES YOU TO BE FORGIVEN OF YOUR SINS

            Romans 10:13 – “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be

            saved.”

 

 

TRUST CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR

 

“Dear Lord, I confess I am a sinner and I need to be saved.  I believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay my sin debt.  Forgive me of my sins, and come into my heart, and save my soul.”
